A new critter of mine called a "Grimmr" which means Grim and Fierce in old Norse. They are currently a closed species, until i decide if i really want to do adopts or not. (Its really hard to decide. I love my creatures very much).
These were some experiment color palettes that i liked very much. I think i will be keeping these
It also gives more options for commissions I would like to buy.Violet:
Dark purple color with yellow spots and eyes. Inside of the mouth and tongue is yello as well. There is no striping (which is very uncommon for Grimmrs).
It is a guess that this color arose from living in dark valleys or even caves (though this is not proven)
Status- Very rare to see Violet GrimmrsRust:
A red-orange base color with a dark gray back. Maroon stripes run along its entire body to long, dark tail tip. Spots and eyes are bright orange. Inside of mouth is standard fleshy color.
Status- Very common near volcanic wastes and even in deserts; Less common in tropical forestsKey Points:
-Grimmr are mainly plains animals but they can also survive in temperate or tropical forests and along coastlines.
-They have very smooth scales
-Their colors can vary greatly depending upon their environment; Some are brightly colored while other have dull earth tones. Earth tones are the most common.
-They are ominvores (eat meat and veggies)
